Dr Ishikawa will have a INVITED presentation entitled "Plasma Surface Interaction during Plasma Etching", PS2-TuA7 at 16:00 on October 30, 2012. Mr Kondo, Mr Suzuki, Dr Malinowski, Dr Sekine, and Dr Kondo will have ORAL presentations of PS2-MoA7 at 16:00 on Oct. 29, PS1-TuM5 at 9:20 on Oct 30, PS2-WeA3 at 14:40 on Oct. 31, PS2-ThM5 at 9:20 on Nov. 1, GR-ThM9 at 10:40 on Nov. 1. Dr Fukasawa(sony), Dr Tajima will have a POSTER presentation of PS-ThP14, PS-ThP25 at 18:00 on Nov. 1.

Dr Tajima will have a presentation entitled "Chemical dry etching of poly-Si and single crystal Si using NO and F2 gas mixture without using plasmas" at 11:20-11:35 on Sep. 27, 2012. Dr Ishikawa will also have a Poster presentations entitled "Surface Roughness on Plasma-Etched Gallium Nitride (GaN) " at 18:00-20:00 on Sep 25, 2012. Other presentations will be done by Drs Sekine, Kondo, Ohta, Malinowski, Suzuki, and Shimoeda.
