Oral Presentation

Lecture hall is equipped with a LCD projector. We would like to avoid any delays due to computers incompatibilities. Thus, we recommend as a first option the use of your own personal notobook computer. To change the computers smoothly, the switching system will be provided by organizers. Presenters should test the compatibility with the projector system at least one break time before their presentation. After that, they are required to leave their computer on a presentation desk during the break time just before the session including their presentations. Another option is the use of a notebook computer (Windows OS, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader) provided by organizers with your USB flash memory.

Poster Presentation

The poster sessions are arranged in the aisle around the conference hall on the 1st floor of the Lecture Hall (North). The poster board size is 90 cm(width) X 210 cm (height). Materials for attaching the poster will be available in the poster area. Posters should be put up at least 2 hours before the beginning of the poster session. Poster boards are available from 10 a.m. We encourage you to put up your poster in the morning. After the poster session, please remove your poster as soon as possible. Your presentation number is displayed on the poster board.
