Registration Fee
Online Registration is available to attendees. Individuals registering online must pay by credit card and can immediately print a confirmation (receipt). Registration fees for attendees do include a reception and a banquet ticket, but do not include parking fees, or transportation costs.

Mail or Fax Pre-Registration Form and Join APS
Please mail or fax the GEC/ICRP/SPP 2015 Pre-Registration Form to APS by Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
Faxed registrations must be paid by credit card. If you wish to join APS when you register, complete the APS Membership Enrollment Form on this page:http://www.aps.org/membership/join.cfm
Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.
